Key note speakers
Krissy Smith: Founder and Host
Liza Twohill: An experienced Naturopathic clinician, business owner, educator, speaker, mentor and research clinician. I have a special interest in chronic stress & burn-out, fatigue, type II diabetes, anxiety, depression, food sensitivities and chronic disease prevention and management.
DR Mitzy Liddle: I am a doctorate level endorsed clinical psychologist, with over 22 years of experience. During this time, I have supervised and coached GPs, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and counsellors. I am an experienced AHPRA board approved supervisor. I am an ISST accredited schema therapist and trained in Mindful Self-Compassion and Polyvagal theory – evidenced based frameworks that I love because they provide accessible and effective healing pathways to jaded and depleted health professionals. The interplay between effective techniques and human relational context is where the alchemy of transformation happens!
Cath Elliot: Cath Elliott is a local woman. She is a mother, a wife and a business owner. A self-confessed avid researcher and reader, with interest in yoga, meditation, gardening, travel, alternative medicine and the human experience. Cath offers a perspective of the change from her personal experience incorporating topics of grief, family, alcohol, separation and parenting together with her perspective of universal energy flow and the biological life of the female human.
